​It's supposed to be in the part that was released. But it isn't. That's because it doesn't exist, and came only out of the sick imagination / lousy hearing of the TMZ reporter. It doesn't even fit logically with what we do know of the video.

Do what U Want was going to be one of her most fun videos, it had such a minimalistic look like the actual song's instrumental and she looked so interesting as a Terry Richardson doppelgänger she looked perfect in every scene and the part when the nurse is twerking and Gaga falls of the bed is so funny

If they put in Like A Prayer, then I would have expected Alejandro to make the list. That is by far her most controversal video I feel. DWYW wasn't even released, so it shouldn't count (though it probably would have come tied with Alejandro.)

Wearing religious garb through most of what looks like a fetish fantasy. Wearing an upside down cross on her crotch, being gang banged, eating prayer beads, then there is the whole (is she copying Madonna thing). And wasn't there some illuminati imagery? Pretty risque, even for now. Definitely up the top I think. I think DWUW would have been a very close second, followed by Judas, then maybe Born This Way or Paparazzi.

​I think it would go Alejandro, Judas/Telephone. Maybe it was where I was living, but people addressing the murder scene, the nude bit in the cell, gay make out scene, and the eroticism between her and Beyonce.
