I think he's too much obsessed with his body, I mean it's good that he has decided to lose weight to look and feel better, but he could end up with health problems if he wants to make it too quickly, he's a super-talented artist and we love him whether he is chubby or skinny.

Oh no! :ohno: one of my close friends revealed to me that he used to do c-----e in the 9th grade and lost 20+ pounds. It's certainly not a healthy way to lose weight at all.

but that's not to say sam is doing d--gs; perhaps he's losing weight healthily! he bought a diet book and all.

It's called PR. No celeb nor the team behind them wants the world to know that they do any d--gs. Unless you're aiming for controversiality (Miley).

I feel like people are exaggerating the speed at which he lost weight. I mean, he wasn't 600 pounds before. He must've been like 200 pounds considering he has no muscle. And he probably only dropped to 170 considering he still looks flabby underneath. He's skinny fat right now, which is normal for people who lose weight by only eating less. Didn't he start losing weight like over 6 months ago? That's 5 pounds a month, which is actually a normal pace to lose weight.

Anyway, if he's trying to look or even just to be healthy, he should get a personal trainer to help him gain muscle instead of relying only on skipping meals or whatever he does.
