His first notable work was an experimental short film named "We Have Decided Not To Die" in 2003 which gained acclaim and awards worldwide. Since then he has moved into commercial work with brands such as Dior and Xbox while retaining his surreal style. While these might not show how skilled he is as a music video director, it does show his ability to meld his experimental style with a commercial sensibility. He has also worked with Sia for many of her music videos (Breathe Me 2004, Chandelier 2014, Elastic Heart 2015 and Big Girls Cry 2015).
