Do you think Lady Gaga will release albums under a different name?

Do you think down the road, Lady Gaga will tire of being called Lady Gaga and start releasing work under her actual name or another name? Perhaps when she's done with Interscope, she'll release an album under Stefani Kinney or another name. Jo Calderone (which works fine for male or female)? What would you think of this? Would you miss calling her Gaga?

to be honest, and this is not a shade, or being disrespectful, but I think someday she might do it if she hits a career low, and comes up with some slightly pretentious concept behind the name change.

There isn't much about Gaga that she hasnt changed over the past few years, so it wouldn't be surprising if at one point she decides Lady Gaga doesn't fit her esthetic at that point in time.

I'd personally love to see her use a new name for an entire album, because I think it would open a lot of doors for her creatively + she could take alter ego's to the next level. And I personally don't care if it's less marketable if her name isn't on the cover.

With Gaga, you never really know.. I mean, maybe after one, two years, she'll decide that Lady Gaga is just not her anymore.. who knows..

I personaly wouldn't really mind that.

I think that would be pretty dull honestly. like, a side project with other musicians is one thing but to change her stage name and perform as herself would be a little TOO MUCH cause Lady Gaga is already meta and pretty f* cool so there's no point imo.

She can do whatever makes her happy but if she did I'd really miss calling her Gaga. 

But, she did confirm she would only change her last name, not her stage name so I don't think we have anything to worry about Little Monsters.

I could see her release something small under a different name just to see how it would do without the name "Gaga" behind it. Something very anti-pop that isn't meant for huge commercial success (something to be released outside the mainstream pop system).

Many literary authors do something similar. They want to see if their work can stand on it's own without the fame of their name attached to it.
