I'm pretty sure he released that album just to get his contract done with Interscope and just recorded some songs that wanted to save for later. But yes, 15 songs would be amazing. When The High End of Low was released in Mexico, I kept calling my music store and they told me it'd be there the next day, then the next day and so on, the day I decided to listen to it (It was first released in Japan, the next day in Mexico and 3 days later in the US), then the next day they had it on the shelves. I think that album is one of the few that I know that never leaked, but that was probably because nobody cares about Manson but the fans.
