The Mexican date was a , she didn't sell out, she sold like 37,000 tickets out of 55,000

, a lot of empty seats and grossed like 2 million from it

 

meanwhile she played for more than 100k with the monster ball

U do realize she performed in a different city and arena right? Also how is that a flop? South korea didnt sell out with less numbers but it was still impressive. Britney still tours LA even when she doesnt sell out.

Anyway to answer the OP's question, I think Gaga will tour latin america next tour if her album is successful. I don't know if you remember but Gaga tweeted that she wanted to tour artrave in latin america but the extension got too expensive. She mentioned mexico and puerto rico but now that she's made a ton of money and her next album will probably be successful then I'm sure she will do a worldwide tour.

and the same place= foro sol

and yes it was a flop, she barely sold more than half of the stadium, meanwhile she did 2 dates with the monster ball

and the south korean date was part of a festival

​No I personally don't care for neither of those artists but I would never throw around the word "flop" because I'm not a teenager but either way that's not bad and still impressive. I don't see how this warrants such aggression either with the profanity lol.

I'm sure there are issues that prevented her from coming, whether transportation or just not selling enough tickets. If this next album does really well, and a great interest is shown in your country that she will be there for the next tour.
