Katy doesn't seem to be nasty to her so I dont get why would they have a feud. Unless they gave in to the stupid monster vs. katy cat stan war. I think the whole wacky costume phase and move towards choreographed big productions after Gaga debuted would also have Gaga rolling her eyes a bit. But I don't think Gaga ever thinks of Katy and vice-versa...they're both rich, successful women who (unlike us ) have better things to do than thinking about each other...they're not friends nor enemies, they simply don't exist in each other's world... And during her Howard Stern interview, she even mentioned that "big productions became trendy" after she came out. She also mentioned this about Sia: "It's a shame that Sia isn't bigger and people who can't sing are bigger" There are just too many coincidences and she obviously dislikes Katy I'm not saying she hates her but she just dislikes her.
