Alcina Dimitrescu 1,156
Americano had kinda a lot of recognition for not being a single, so i disagree there.Maybe BM, GH, Teeth or RDF
shaneybaby 450
Swine, ARTPOP, Heavy Metal Lover, Aura ... honestly so many lol those just stand out, though I think ARTPOP is her least mainstream album by far, very few songs are radio-friendly which I think is what ARTPOP was about... putting ART before being mainstream pop
Gardevoir 9,823
But it is really commercial. Again, being not radio friendly doesn't mean being not commercial, or mainstream. Sugar, spice, and everything nice.
badgalriri 1,124
Teeth is her least mainstream song, also because it's her worst behind dope.
blacklistedd 599
Before I answer I personally have to state for the record that by saying they're least mainstream isn't to say they're avant garde or off the wall or even good. Just that they don't sound remotely like they could've been released as Top 40 singles because they're too Gaga:-Highway Unicorn-Black Jesus Amen Fashion-Mary Jane Holland-Dope-Swine
blacklistedd 599
Americano had kinda a lot of recognition for not being a single, so i disagree there.Yeah it did, I don't agree with people saying Americano at all. It was used in a childrens movie soundtrack, I mean come on. I can see why some people don't like it or even hate it because its quite loud and for some people id imagine it to be an assault on their eardrums. But at the same time, its also very commercial sounding when you really listen to it which is why it ultimately worked so well in Puss N Boots.I don't agree with people saying Teeth either though, it sounded like a potential stripper anthem to me. All it needed was a radio edit to trim it down since its quite repetitive.
