giskardsb 12,565
he's my favorite Gaga producer. Versatile and creative. I love the trap elements that ended up in various songs on ARTPOP.

XoXoJoanneGaga 629
Why do people love Sexxx Dreams so much? It had SO much potential but DJWS ruined it with his messy production, a different producer should have been used for that song tbh The way the final track was produced is shameful. I'll always have a soft spot for the Swinefest performance but they butchered it for the album. Sped-up, processed, and jumbled. This is what I mean when I say his productions aren't high quality. Bebe 17,106
The Clock Is Ticking and Ratchet = Fire.Do What You Want, Applause, Government Hooker, Bloody Mary, ARTPOP are some of Gaga's greatest tracks all produced by DJWS.Swine is imo, also a standout track, but it's instrumentals are life. I'm not a lover of J&D but it's instrumental also slays. DJWS is one of the best producers, if not the best, she has worked with imo.
Spyro 8,438
Let's take a look at the songs he produced on ARTPOP:- Sexxx Dreams - Jewels N Drugs- MANiCURE- Do What You Want- ARTPOP- Swine- ApplauseHow are any of these songs repetitive? They sound NOTHING alike. Very different from one another. Paul Blair is actually the most diverse and versatile producer she's ever worked with. You guys say repetitive and I say RedOne.Aside from Swine & Applause (which do sound alike) I agree. Spyro the Dragon

badgalriri 1,124
Here I'll post all the replies:-No, I don't like his productions that much, tho Government Hooker is a bop.-He's mostly a hit or miss-I just don't think he should be main producer next time.-You only don't like his songs because ARTPOP wasn't as commercially successful as Gaga's previous albums.-Yes, because Sexxx Dreams and DWUW>>>>-RedOne is better-Stop with the DJWS hate!-Where is the dwuw video?!?!this sounds like any thread

Dangerous Man 9,245
DJWS is one of the rare producers who produce unique non generic sounds so I still want him to produce for Gaga. That's my garlic. "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body."
OracleMonster 1,735
He has a couple of good productions, but overall he's not a great producer. His productions just don't sound high-quality for the most part, unless they have extensive co-production. He's not an amazing pop producer like RedOne but he's also not a great electronic/experimental producer, so he doesn't really excel at anything. That's exactly how I feel about him. I get that had some good material on Born This Way, but on ARTPOP it just seemed like it was overproduced.

Bradley 59,279
Considering I love the following songs: Government Hooker, Electric Chapel, The Edge of Glory, Venus, MANiCURE, DWUW, ARTPOP, Applause Yes, I think he's great Venus was produced by Lady Gaga, The Edge of Glory was produced by Fernando Garibay. On topic: Bloody Mary, Black Jesus + Amen Fashion, Electric Chapel, Government Hooker are my top favorites from Born This Way so honestly I prefer him over Garibay. Sexxx Dreams, Do What U Want, ARTPOP and Applause were great so yes, he's a great producer.
