She is an amazing vocalist and a good songwritter, I really respect her as an artist, but Gaga is the British Gaga tbh :gaycat:

Jessie really isn't experimental or eccentric like Gaga. She seemed like that with her debut and the British media sold her as the British Gaga but that concept didn't last long when she stopped wearing weird clothes and released her generic as hell follow up albums. She only played weird in the beginning to be noticed and it worked but then we all realised how basic she is over time. It's weird to think that the girl who released that bonkers video for Do it Like A Dude is now one of the most safe, generic singers in the mainstream scene. If you want to see the British Gaga, Paloma Faith is a better option: a true eccentric who writes all her own music and wears fabulous fashion creations. She's gone slightly more mainstream as of late but I have faith that she'll go back to her roots soon.

I don't see it. I think she has a nice voice though.

Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."
