Nothing wrong with trying to preserve the second amendment, but they are just the biggest bunch of nutjobs! I mean a self admitted pedophile like Ted Nugent is one of their spokesmen! Look him up! All the disgusting things he has said and done, and the NRA think he represents their "values"!I'm too disgusted with them to speak further. Yeah, he is disgusting! It's all about the bottom line for most these quacks (plus I think some just really are a bunch of paranoid biggotted nut jobs). Nugent himself, for all his bravado, is just the biggest ****ing coward and dirt bag on the planet! And any organization or individual that thinks he is a "real American Patriot" needs to get their heads examined. Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax." It's obviously not a perfect document and its interpretation has been used for evil in the past, but I feel like completely disregarding it as trash is silly. Maybe you should participate in politics to see the change you deem fit. I'm also interested in your views on what should replace this "trash?" I don't feel I need to explain myself but I'm actually very active in politics. Lol this whole thing is funny to me. I volunteered for the Obama Campaign in 08 when I was 20 years old. I actively pursued donors and GOTV efforts. As a gay AMERICAN, I'm fortunate that my rights are slowly beginning to take shape, but that has nothing to do with the constitution. That document and the people that hold it to such a high standard have in my opinion done more harm. If anything, me opposing and speaking out makes me more of an American. I'm not going to fall in line to false ideology that doesn't align to my position as a human being, social worker, brother, volunteer, partner, and friend.
