What I see within the next couple years is an all out bid war between Spotify, Tidal, and Beats Streaming for the exclusive rights to artists and their new content. Tidal has a strong lead with 16 of the industry's biggest names but not ALL of the industry's big names. Obviously the one we are all curious about is Mother Monster. In my opinion Gaga will head over to iTunes/Apple. Why? Because Jimmy Iovine has been a big part of gagas career and in a sense she owes him. She has had a fruitful relationship with them and with beats so it seems like it would make sense for her to head over there. My guess it would be when her deal with Interscope runs up, but that's just one possibility. Or maybe she renews her deal with Interscope but gives streaming rights/exclusive deluxe editions to Apple. Do you guys agree with me? Or do you think she is heading towards Tidal or Spotify? I hope she becomes one someday, I guess she will have more freedom. But her own label is kind of a reach for somebody that is in the guess for not even 10 years yet.
