I wish 1989 clicked with me better than it did. I honestly used to really be into Taylor and I have very fond memories of jamming out with my older sister to her songs. How amazing you are really makes me want to give it another chance tbh. I'm not the biggest fan of Style but I think it deserved to be a #1 hit and it's much much much better than Shake It Off and Bad Blood. I see why Bad Blood was chosen though. I would much rather Wildest Dreams be a single as it is one of the strongest songs on the album and has the same magic that the Red album did. I know a lot of people like I Know Places but it doesn't sound like a hit at all to me. BFFSYeah, Style had everything going for it, but the video also kind of killed its momentum. Her eras last from October to December/January anyways so no surprise the promo stopped.It's true that even with 22, IKYWT and such 1989 is a drastic change in her sound that takes some getting used to, but once I did I never heard anything so holy If I recall correctly, she's contractually obligated to do a tour video with each album, so there may be the Bad Blood video, the tour video and a normal one.
