​I just find it silly that they announce the new version and everyone's first reaction is to comment on the race of the actors they use. Who cares? A black person could be the lead, as long as the movie is well-made and interesting it's not important.

​I get what you're saying but it's mostly always every other ethnicity other than white which gets replaced hence the term white-washing, it's just not representative and makes others feel excluded especially in such a case where the lead character is Chinese.
