I think Gaga's musical output IN THE RECORDINGS does not match her musical talent (yet)

I would tend to agree in that I don't think her pop albums have really allowed her to shine as she can to this point.  She has so much potential, and can still do it in the bounds of "pop" music but not in the artificial realm of dance pop. 

In fact I think Captivated is probably her best song.  it's the song that lets me know that the potential is there for the full package of excellent piano work, excellent vocals, and excellent songwriting.  I personally don't think she has truly matched that work in the official recordings to this point, although she's come close with songs like Speechless and Dope.

 

Her voice shines more when she covers songs like "I wish" by stevie wonder

​I agree. Even though Perez Hilton is a MESS and a horrible person, I do agree with what he said that Lady Gaga had a too big ego to work with other people

Almost everybody she's ever collaborated with (most recently Diane Warren and Nile Rodgers) have nothing but good things to say about Gaga as a professional, so I don't know where your speculation is coming from.
