Superimposing her face onto the body of a dog, a blown up Veruca Salt, or a teletubbie is cruel. Put yourself in her shoes and consider how upsetting it would be to find out thousands of strangers are making fun of how unattractive they find you to be. It would probably be crushing. I don't see any objections to this on GagaDaily or on Reddit, so maybe I'm just losing my sense of humor. TBH I did find the original picture funny (who hasn't been caught off guard with a funny face?), but to photoshop them on things such as dogs it's unnecessary & shouldn't be done. I initially thought her expression was funny, but the internet took everything too far once again. She's just a regular person who didn't ask for her pic to be everywhere.
