90's Song from Pop Mexican Singer sounds like a BTW leftover track

1996 Un Poco Loco (A Little Crazy) by Mexican Pop Singer Fey sounds to me as if it was a leftover demo from the BTW album recording sessions

 

Mainly the intro and the BRIDGE   

I'm sure Gaga has no idea who she is, so I'm not trying to start any type of plagarism controversy... refrain from coming at me for that
