When you're a judge on a talent show, you should be telling contestants how to improve, you should be supporting them and not putting them down in the most horrible way. I bet 99% people reading this story had to Google who he was. She also failed to critique the actual performance which makes her a terrible judge.99%?I think you overestimate his popularity. I wonder who can replace them at such short notice when the live shows have started and every contestant has their mentors? I wish the UK networks had this kind of backbone. We had to survive 2 seasons of Jessie J on The Voice, 2 seasons of Tulisa on X Factor and an overall combined total of 4 seasons of Cheryl Cole on X Factor, despite the public not being fans of her anymore.
