Now that I'm looking, mine says it's 256 as well, actually. I think mine is upscaled from 192 though. It sounds good, but not as good as 256 usually sounds to me. I could be wrong though. How could her management release the unfinished version of the video? Probably the same way they managed to upload one version of West Coast to iTunes, allow it to chart and then delete it entirely... Prohibiting it from garnering anymore notoriety on there. Not really feeling the video either, I know Lana can't do big budget production videos all the time but those are her best imo.
