For having seen his pieces up close at an exhibit last year in Paris, I can tell you that NOBODY constructs clothes so beautifully. The way his dresses hug the body, the lines he creates, the sharpness of the tailoring, the softness of the curves... The fit is always so right, it's witchcraft I swear. He can go very minimal and very couture, but he always has such exquisite taste. I have absolutely no doubt that Gaga will look phenomenal and appropriate for the evening. There's no way you can go wrong with Alaïa. I expect a heightened version of her Grammy look. Something visually striking but perfectly sophisticated. No other person in the world will be wearing it. *GAGA has worn this designer before.
