can we all stop acting like Gaga's been irrelevant the past months? She is and was Lady ****ing Gaga and nobody forgot about her, even through ARTPOP.

Amen.

according to the graph her peak was in march 2010. What happened back then tho?

I always thought that her popularity peaked after the vmas 2010 and the iconic meat dress

March 2010 was right after the iconic Telephone video was released, which was in February 2010. So that explains the peak. It truly was her peak, right after the Bad Romance/BR video slayage, then the most iconic pop culture moment in the last 2 decades that was the Telephone video :legend:

Google metrics are a poor indication of popularity.  When Gaga was in the news 2009-2011 people Googled her to find out why on earth anyone was mentioning that "weirdo".  They still did not like her.  They were blinded to her talent by her bizarre outfits, wigs, and antics.  Only monsters and very few others liked her.  Monsters are a niche audience, a portion of the people who like pop music.  Now Gaga is becoming loved by the public, and is actually much more popular than at her Google peak.  I think this is the beginning of the best of times for Gaga.

I live outside the space time continuum.

I'm not even surprised ^^ I'm pretty sure in she wants to be involved in projects in 2015 that may bring her popularity back and clear her name from the backlash of the end of BTW era and ARTPOP era.

Just wait after the Oscars performance ;) To me she's going to feature on Adele's album, and this is definitely going to bring the GP back for good.

No Lady Gaga is not over and she's going to rule the world again  :gaga:

Her and Adele would make an amazing collaboration.

Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."
