Because too many people don't realise that the name has a link to the singer if you click on it. If you don't know the singer well enough, you'll think they don't write anything. But then you've got to use your brain and work it that it's extremely unlikely that this one songwriter would write this singer's entire catalogue over many years, and then the penny drops. The next time someone bring up songwriting credits with birth names, school those basic hoes with some facts: Lady Gaga was born Stefani Germanotta Lana Del Rey was born Elizabeth Grant Nicki Minaj was born Onika Maraj Katy Perry was born Bonnie McKee FKA twigs was born Tahliah Barnett Lorde was born Ella Yelich-O'Connor Iggy Azalea was born Clifford Harris, Jr. praying that you don't get in trouble for that, because that was brilliant.
