"She broke her ****ing hip when she was dancing like she used to. Give her a break." Implies people were beating on her for not dancing like she used to and were giving her a hard time. This topic acknowledges her hip injury and is just trying to get an assessment of where she is truly at while comparing quotes from Gaga to videos of her dancing. She is still an incredible performer, and Applause is far more difficult than any TF/TFM era choreography. She is getting her damn credit, it's just about getting a better sense of where she is at. Besides her hip surgery being an obvious reason, switching Laurianne for Richie probably also changed the choreo a lot. But her vocals are much better when she's able to stand reasonably still and control her singing/breath muscles than when she's jumping all over the place, so I don't mind I think she COULD dance like that again, if she hired a new choreographer who pushed and challenged her more. I don't know if she WILL though, because old injuries always have a high possibility of being re-injured, and she seems to be valuing improving her vocal performance over her dance performance. :) My old cat is a tough man, but i cant deny the way he bites my hand and he stabs me, he grabs me by my heart <3 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
