I loved the product placement, it was so in-your-face and unnececssary that I felt like it really added to the "overindulgent hedonistic capitalist pop culture orgy" that was Telephone. It was practically a parody of the high-budget music industry, very tongue-in-cheek, almost like an Americana Drag Show. 

My old cat is a tough man, but i cant deny the way he bites my hand and he stabs me, he grabs me by my heart <3

Yes and some product placements, such as the diet coke hair curlers, were not paid for. She put them in her video for the aesthetic look and social commentary.   :sis: 

With the yellow hair and products everywhere, Telephone was so Popart  :whitney:
