Idk, Gaga was the first artist that I connected with on such a personal level. I loved everything about her and was really obsessed all throughout my freshmen-junior year in high school. I remember going to her concert in 2010, when I was just 16-years-old, not fully out to my family, and listening to Gaga talk about acceptance and stuff in The Monster Ball Tour will always stick with me. I remember looking up at her in the monster pit as she was talking and feeling like she was talking to me personally, telling me to be who I wanted to be and that I'm a superstar. Nothing will change that moment. I think she helped me in some way come out and be more open to all different types of music, because before her I was a really hardcore bubble gum pop fan.
