It's never been about that. The song's obscure and so is its video. While I feel like the video for Style could also fit Wildest Dreams, they're two different concepts. It's like saying that the video for "The Edge Of Glory" could also fit "Heavy Metal Lover". Most people expected a storyline from the Style video. I however believe this is perfect. Instead of talking about a relationship, it talks about the feeling. It's a smart move. To me the video fits Style best. Wildest Dreams would be way more tragic, and I hope someday it gets a video too. But 1989 is so well written and the songs connect themselves so much, I understand how the video for Style reminds everyone of Wildest Dreams... Yeees, I've been listening to the album since it came out and I completely understand what you mean. Every song sounds different but similar, it's strange.
