Many other things are subjective, but ARTPOP seriously comes no where near BTW or TFM. Both of those albums have aged terribly besides a few songs from each, especially the former. The drop before the chorus was ruined completely. Another example, MANiCURE: 1. Rushed vocals that are off tempo not even 10 seconds into the song. 2. The amazing heavy rock spirit was completely removed from the Swinefest version. 3. What happened to the cool bridge? Removed and changed. 4. What happened to the second half of the first verse? Ruined. ARTPOP is way TOO overproduced. Born This Way is perfect, RedOne, Garibay, DJWS :heart: You said it is overproduced, yet everything you explained has nothing to do with production. You clearly don't know what production is. Horns are a type of stem which is production. The bridge structure is also produced if you didn't know. Verse structure -> production. Anyway, I was just trying to point out how I interpreted your post, and tell you that others could also think it's offensive. It was not my intention to insult you. My female faves: 1. Lana/Gaga 2. Azealia/Nicki 3. Katy Perry Telephone and Teeth have aged terribly in my opinion. Alejandro remains my favorite Gaga song but I don't let one song rank an entire album above others. The only song I skip on ARTPOP is Donatella but it's not even that difficult to listen to, I just dislike the theme. I can't say the same about any of her other albums. Born This Way is half terrific and half tragic. These are just my opinions, I don't feel the need to cling to the past, I've been a Gaga fan since 2009 and I didn't like Katy until Teenage Dream so...
