It was originally supposed to be for Katy Perry, and then it got sent to Rihanna and Beyonce and Beyonce PAID for the words to be used. You just named two songs out of an album of 14 songs. Most of the songs on her album are related to s-x or love (and considering she's married, makes it boring, we get it, her and Jay are in love) and she has great vocals. But, she hypocritically had a 15-minute VMA performances trying to preach feminism as she's paradoxically grinding on a pole further objectifying women like herself in the music industry. Beyonce is extremely talented, and the album got good reviews, but I wouldn't call someone elses opinion insanity, especially if your justification/counterargument is mentioning TWO songs LMAO. She was obviously recognized by the academy as she won in the R&B category and she was nominated with extremely talented individuals (Jennifer Hudson, Chris Brown, Usher). Beck deserved the award, and I haven't listened to his music since "Loser" came out - but Ive always known he was a very creative & musical genius Let's move on! Just cuz you don't know who he is, doesn't mean he didn't deserve it. How can you judge someone or their music if you don't even know them? They simply worked together and have a mutual respect. If they were bestfriends or even real life friends they would've made a point to chit chat at the Grammys. They are industry friends, that's it. Correct me if I'm wrong Mother Monster. This. I honestly never got where this bffs for life thing came from with them, probably wishful thinking from people who want to imagine their divas all hang out together They obviously like and respect each other, but I doubt they have that much of a personal relationship. I thought for a second she was being nice to Beck but then I realized no one really cares about Beck. (#Justice4BeyonceSelf-titled). Um Beck has had a decades-long career and Gaga was rooting for him prior to the show as well...
