GUY : not so bad in term of views. It's still earning decent views ! More promo as a single and take off that useless MANiCURE part and you get a new certified video... Guest Posted February 8, 2015 Share Posted February 8, 2015 I feel like people became disinterested in her music videos after The Edge of Glory (up until Applause, when interest peaked again), so they didn't really check out Yoü and I even though the song did well on the charts. Marry the Night and G.U.Y. don't have as many views because no one knew about them and they're her longest videos. They "flopped" chart-wise. Marry the Night never had a chance. It's just her longest video period, and no one that's not at least a casual fan of hers would watch it honestly. Probably had a lot to do with Gaga overload toward the end of the BTW era. Unlike G.U.Y., which I honestly would have a lot more views if the credits weren't included at the end of the video, and it ended at around 7 minutes. People see 11 or 12 minutes and won't even click on it. If it's under 10, they're much more likely to click on it, just like Telephone. Nnn. So why are Rihanna megaflop songs still managed to get certified? They're usually short, music starts right away, and lots of s-x appeal.
