Creyk 17,817
I remember when I first listened to BTW when it came out (my internet was flopping so the only song I could listen to ahead of release was EC + the singles) this was the song that instantly stood out to me, along with Scheiße It just clicked with me so fast, and I still love it
Pain of fame1 229
It's hard to explain, but it just sounds like noise to me. I do like the ending though. Oh and I swear she says "run run with her Twitter" in the intro lol this.
Mast 980
I don't know why everyone likes it so much. It's such a bad and messy song. The instrumental is too loud and her voice is too autotuned and modified not in a nice HML way :millie: I still stand by the idea that The Queen is the best underdog in the album. Despite the cringeworthy chorus, the tempo change at the end is everything.
gagzus 15,903
I always loved it, it's my 5th fave song behind Scheiße, Black Jesus, Hair and Government Hooker. The intro at the BTWB was amazing, you could actually feel the bass under your feet and feel the build up of adrenaline, still her best intro behind TFB I think (third being artRAVE and fourth being TMB)

HWU & MTN are her most unautotuned songs ever, praise Garibay for this tbh.

Pitch 204
Its alright, probably wouldve been better as a intro/interlude/outro LADY GAGA/madonna/katy perry/little mix/ariana grande/selena gomez/britney spears/taylor swift

And I disagree, the instrumental is not very complex at all. It's for the most part the same 3 synths syncopated and layered. The only part of it that changes is the drums. The only real complex instrumental Gaga has is Aura's, and even that is majorly one syncopated synth. And I would say You and I and Dope are her least edited songs

Guest
I hate the intro. If it started with "run, run with her..." I'd like it a lot better. The outro though >>>>>>
