Why would it be? I don't believe there's such thing as a "last chance", there will be more performing opportunities in the future if the cards are dealt correctly and things line up in her favour

Yeah, don't speak as if she has no future. It troubles me.

uhhhh she might as well be. :awkney: do you know how many times a week I play Gaga around different people I meet and they are ALWAYS like "omg what happened to her? Does she still make new music? I miss TF/M!!! Does she still have her fans? When's the last time she even made an album? Etc..." In my opinion it's not that the GP doesn't care about her or revolted. It's quite simply the fact that ARTPOP (although a good album) was not groundbreaking enough to catch the attention of everyone while they were focused on other artists and things in their lives during 2013. To most people, she just released applause and do what u want. Then fell off the face of the earth. One good thing, and where I think gaga could really win, is that most people ALWAYS add that they miss her catchy pop music. I mean sure I love that jazz shows an older audience that she's talented. But pretty much everyone my age, even if they cut up on her recent music, always remark at how extremely vocally and lyrically talented she is. This whole "she needs to prove she can sing" crap makes no sense when I see it on here. Cause pretty much everyone agrees she has a phenominal voice for a pop singer. I really think the GP will be here for her "return" but only if it's catchy. But for the time being my point remains that she's basically dissapeared 2014-now outside of our fanbase and Bennett fans

COMPLETELY different where I live. :awkney:

Well it will be the biggest promo spot CTC gets for sure, so I guess it really is her last chance to promote the album on a high level

Unless she hires that Lady who will convince everyone to buy 20 copies but pay shipping only once and it will play on youtube before every video even if people have adblock

No??? Why would it be her LAST chance? It is definitely a chance to get some respect for her natural voice, but do you think the pop-boppers who are all over Iggy/Taylor/Meghan right now are gonna be like "Yes. Old guys and show tunes. That's what I needed in my life." :flop: A lot of monsters seem to be under the impression that her whole goddamn career is teetering on this Grammy performance when it's just promo for her jazz album. It's a jazz album, not the second coming of Elvis and Michael Jackson's mystic moonchild.

If she flops, she always has another chance to make something not-floppy. But why would you WANT her to appeal to the vapid radio-types? :flop: I am not at all hoping for Gaga to make feel-good disposable knockoff just to hop back on the charts.

No, this is not her only chance, it's just her BEST chance at this moment.

But in the big picture, careers are built/continued/improved with hit songs, and performances just create buzz that last for a few weeks, it's the recorded songs that stay.

Wise post right here, the reason why a lot of people still think Gaga can't sing is because live performances don't reach as far as recordings. :golfclap:
