So while I may have put it in unduly negative terms, it's not a lie. People call Gaga "copycat" without worrying if something is "unconscious" of "accidental" too. Yeah, and that's totally admirable of him. He could've fought it because he didn't intend to copy anything, but he didn't. It is a lie to say he 'admitted to plagiarism' - plagiarism is the knowing act of stealing someone's work, something he didn't do. He admitted to similarities, there's a difference.
