Tokyo Rose 1,475
I think they have reasons that they can't tell publicly. There are things beyond our knowledge. AKA career reasons, not reasons related to the social issue the movie is about. He should be more professional at least. "Plans change" is giving me Laurieann Gibson original TEOG video teas. "Plans change" is giving me Laurieann Gibson original TEOG video teas. They have to defend her career at all costs now especially after the ARTPOP criticisms. I think that's reasonable and necessary. Whispering 18,865
I got 3 songs from a terrible album, and another album of covers. Thanks, I guess? If you are that unhappy with everything she is doing and 90% of the music she is releasing, what in the world are you doing hanging out on a website dedicated to Gaga. That's your poor decision, not hers. This is on you for making poor choices and decisions. It's ridiculous to blame Gaga because you made the choice to waste your time on an artist that you don't care for.
matheuskills 0
Someone from US please, go to next movie exhibition and record the song. Is the fastest way to us to hear it. http://www.sundance.org/projects/the-hunting-ground
Whispering 18,865
And plans honesty don't change "all the time" it seems for artists like Katy or JT who actually have good management, lol Constantly changing plans mean you had none to begin with JT took a break from music for seven years! Then there was a whole series of mistakes with releasing the singles and the subpar videos from both part one and part two of 20/20. Then they even flubbed up the submissions to the Grammy committee. He made a video and sent out a single that they changed their mind on. JT's fans were pissed at the label and his management team for their mistakes during his big comeback. Katy's team made poor single and video choices (even making a poor choice of using religious imagery) and allowing performances at Award's shows that were subpar or were questionable in their intentions. Even Katy's management makes mistakes. Constantly changing plans is the way the music world works. Any artist I've ever followed has plans, schedules, videos and single choices that change as the label and management adjust to the ever changing music climate and market demands. Katy's & Taylor's management are both specialized in consistency, though, unlike Gaga's. I have yet to see Taylor's management make a mistake. Sure, they don't always make the brighest decisions, but they deal with most of their problems properly. The minute "Unconditionally" showed signs of not being able to break through and become a hit, Katy's team moved on to Dark Horse and produced her biggest hit yet. (just a simple example) I know that Gaga had trouble with her management but recently it became unbearable to witness. However, i can sense Bobby is planning to market & promote Gaga in the best way they possibly can for LG6.
Bordeciel 323
It's obvious that since early 2012, three long years, her career had a bit too much tease, and this is why the fans overeacted. With the flop of AP and the disappointement in a big part of te fanbase, people are HUNGRY for new music and bored of the messy teasing, like yesterday in a way. Taylor wasn't mentioned or in the original discussion, but I will agree that Taylor and her management are the best in the business. The others have made glaring mistakes, mistakes that cost them both sales and Grammys in the long run. I've followd JT long enough to know of the mistakes and blunders made along the way. The same goes for many other artists with decade plus long careers.
Eros 26
I've been waiting for this statement from an official personnel for a very long time...people need to understand plans do change and not make a hidden list of 'betrayals' behind the computer and then throw @ Gaga every other day or something
boyerased 2,886
To be honest I feel like if it's just up to gagz we wouldve heard this song. We wouldve seen or heard all of her betrayals. But it isn't just up to gagz. Lady Gaga is a brand. She is a bussiness no matter how you put it. She is an artist, yes. But behind that artist lies investments that aren't just controlled by one person. What I'm saying is, she couldn't just release the song because of her contractual obligations maybe with the song writers or the movie. AND FOR THE GOD***M RECORD SHE DIDN'T SAY THAT THE SONG WILL BE RELEASED AT MIDNIGHT BUT IT WILL BE PREMIERED AT THE FESTIVAL. It's okay to be disapointed, but it's not okay to blame her for this. Don't act like we owe her anything because of you think that the fanbase is the ONLY one responsible for moving her career and financing it we aren't. GP still buys gaga songs, not much as they used to but still they're very much bigger a contribution to her than this fanbase, financially to be exact. George 363
Some people cant even accept they misread her tweet. Of course, its her fault, she should be clearer. Smh. "for very important doc The Hunting Ground that premieres at Sundance today" seriously couldn't be simpler. The doc premiered yesterday, with Gaga singing the song in the end. That is what she said it would happen. Yet the song is not hers, its Diane's, and she isn't a teenager recording herself with a home mic and uploading a very shaky homemade video to youtube. She is an industry herself. Things cost money, and they have to be coordinated. Not to mention the fact she is having an awesome weekend with her best friends from high school, before one of them gets married. She is living her life happy as we sit here. And I dont get why people doubt Bobby either. We haven't seen him in action promoting anything pop-related, since he assumed as head manager after ARTPOP era. And his management for CTC has been super on point, we have a s**t ton of performances and commercial partnerships and studio videos (dont expect big production videos for cover jazz songs and for tony bennett), and many tour dates to come. Isn't that a good sign? Hello, it's me

Omegahedron 189
Gaga didn't hype anything about this up. We knew nothing about this until yesterday when she made 2 tweets about.
