Hmm who knows. In the end, she was hyping ARTPOP like crazy at the end of summer 2012, and we got the record more than a year later..... So hype doesn't necessarily mean anything. As long as it keeps people excited... ;) I think Gaga was meaning to have something together, but the label rejected it or asked her to rethink it. Of course, that is speculation, but it would explain a change in her theme somewhat. Didn't she get the ARTPOP tattoo early on? Then her global btw tour started, then she got injured. I feel like she lost a lot of soul the last few years with the Troy bull**** and now it's back and she's ready to just explode. I love that she's just living this total artist life with everyone in the studio and just getting away with the fu*kery that is pop culture today. I just have this feeling this album will bring her back, especially after C2C. or it'll flop dramatically. I think it's going to be either end of the spectrum.
