I don't see what's hilarious about being proud of a promotion she worked hard for. She's not simply announcing she's a personal trainer, she already was one, but for 'regular' people. Now Gaga is her official client which is huge for Sloans career and can lead to big things like her own studios, books etc. Being a personal trainer for a huge star is a very big deal. To me the way Sloan announced this shows her humble character. Imagine some attention seeker shouting from the rooftops: I'm gonna train LG and I'm gonna make sure no-ones gonna call her fat again or something cheesy like that. Glad Gaga sees talent around her in people she trusts so the amount of fame*****s around her is kept to a minimum.
