Would be pretty strange and borderline nonsensical if they ruled against, basically contradicting their earlier ruling :smh:

Exactly, now why exactly would they do so? They already deemed it unconstitutional to deny Gays the right to marry, we got this in ths bag! :whitney:

Ok great.

But as a community, what do we focus on after America? Asia? Africa? Middle East? Europe?

Life ain't Hollywood for any one of us.

How do you focus on that? It does no good protesting in America or making change.org petitions, that will sway American politicians and American courts but it will have zero effect on Ugandan or Saudi policies...

Latin America, North-East-Asia and central-Europe (Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, some parts of Germany). Of course homophobia is far from gone especially in the US, and homos-xuality should be taught about in school just like in my country, and things like Gay-Straight Alliances and Putple Friday should be more important in schools.

It's all going very fast. I actually think the anti-gay laws had a positive effect on acceptance of homos-xuality in the West, especially after Sochi Olympics.

There's no way Saudi policies on homos-xuality will change anytime soon...

But important people in the media coming out, higher rate of atheism, sanctions on countries with the death penalty, etc. should help a lot. The US is an important countrt, legalisation will make Arabs and Russians more anti-gays, but in South Korea, the Philippines and west-Europe it should have a positive effect.

Im not 100% sure but i think here in Canada when it became legal Nationaly in 2005 it was hecause of our Supreme Court

Before that only some Provinces allowed it

This can be good cause Supreme Courts dont have political deadlock or political games in volved
