We all know what she looks like - it's pretty much what's shown in the picture. The possible edits are so minor that I don't notice them. Also, it may not even be photoshop - it could just be a crappy mirror or lense on the camera. Lenses distort everything - they're rounded after all, you can't get a perfectly straight line in a photo because all photos are slightly distorted in some way from reality. I'm not mad that she photoshopped that insta pic (Cuz basically most celebs does), I'm curious why she did it when she was against it for the Versace campaign (which would be spread WW)...
