I'm confused about this as well. I will always say The Fame Monster is her second, Born This Way is her third album. But I feel it's weird to say that her next album is her fifth. I guess to me, we can talk about her 5th Pop album or full-length solo album or something like that. It's her 6th official release, but I see Cheek To Cheek as a special project, very important to her, but I don't know if the next one will be the 5th or 6th to me, we'll see.

I think of C2C as a side project. An epoch within an era (ARTPOP). Except the epoch outlasted the era.

Why is jazz a side project for Gaga while it's a major work for Tony Bennett? Just because it's not Gaga's major genre doesn't make it any less important to her career, in fact Gaga has never said pop was her major genre.

You missed the part where anyone can edit Wikipedia. It is most definitely not a reissue for The Fame. It is 8 new tracks that were not on The Fame. It's an extension for The Fame, but it is still a short album. It had it's own era, music videos, and #1 hit songs. It is not a side project. However, Cheek To Cheek is. It has no involvement in her pop career which she started as. It's a side jazz project to occupy 2015 for us/her.
