I can definitely appreciate that masterpiece

I just think it's very dated and harder to listen to than the other albums

It's not so much people hate it and want it to burn in hell it is moreso we can appreciate the platform and how significant this album was for her however now we have other works we can see a massive incline in her work and as a result TF gets left behind as a mediocre debut album in comparison.

The hardest thing in this world is to live in it

To me it feels like The Fame wasn't even created by the same person who did TF, BTW and AP. It feels so disconnected, I don't know why.

I love The Fame ! I miss that time of TF / TFM ! Not because it was selling great but because of the performances, the videos and the clothes she wore...

Epic time ! I'm a huge fan since the beginning (Just Dance), I understand why people here love BTW because of them became real fans with BTW...

Nowaday I feel like ARTPOP is her weakest era : she has made a great album but all the rest was quite weak... That's why I'm quite excited for her next pop era, I was disappointed by ARTPOP era and CtC is boring (though I love the album)

I think TF was a great album and a brilliant era, but I consider it her "worst" work, only because I have a preference for what came after it. Doesn't mean I don't appreciate it though. Like you said, it's what "opened the gate" for her, and it brought us some amazing work.

The Fame is by far her catchiest record and I definitely appreciate it for what it is and how it helped Gaga's career. But compared to all her other solo records it is the weakest.

I don't hate The Fame, the singles were amazing and what made me become a little monster. I just love ARTPOP too much.

This thread should be about ARTPOP though, the hate that ARTPOP had/has been receiving still exists, and ARTPOP does not deserve that. Surely it under performed and the era was kind of a mess, but the music simply is the one of her best if not the best.
