Try stanning for an artist who doesn't do promo literally everywhere and just disappears for some years then pops up out of no where with new music. And we JUST got an album. Whether you like it or not, it's in her discography forever and she put time and effort into it. And as for pop? She'll release it once she's in the right time in her life for it. If it really bothers you that much then maybe it's time you stan for another artist. OMG you're a b---h. And that's something we have to accept as a fanbase. I actually love C2C so I can't relate completely, but I would suggest focusing on her material that has been released, listening to other artists and most importantly having faith that she will deliver, however long we have to wait. There was a time when most people here thought she was overworking herself and needed to take a long break. Now everyone here is rabid for new music, I mean she just got of tour and has an album out with Tony Bennett while she takes time to take ballet classes and actually enjoy her success. Honestly, Katy Perry has more artistic integrity than Rihanna, who is literally a McDonalds of pop. With Rihanna, especially with Talk That Talk and Loud, she literally entered a studio, was given songs to sing, and then left. Nothing worthwhile coming out of that. It shows too because imo her best album was Rated R and it took the most time to make after her break from GGGB. I have high hopes that we'll see artistically more interesting music from R8 that she hasn't put out since Rated R. so basically, Loud, Talk That Talk, and Unapologetic have three kick ass songs each. The other ones are :blehclausney: same can't be said for ARTPOP with songs like Do What U Want, Venus, Sexxx Dreams, Aura, Fashion!, Gypsy, etc. all being such solid standalone tracks.
