Most of this fan base really doesn't give a **** about seeing their favorite produce some of the best vocals of her career. Bling not the music I guess. I think you have to take into consideration that there isn't as much to discuss when she performs with Tony. There are no disco sticks, fake blood, or giant moons. How many times a person can leave the exact same comment; what a beautiful gown and beautiful voice. There is no variety to the performances so there is less of a conversation to be had. That is my only complaint about the performances she does to promote Cheek To Cheek. We need a little less Lady and a little more Gaga. The rendition of Ev'ry Time we say Goodbye is a bit hmm lacking, it was not flowing but sometimes it felt she was hindered by the piano instead of accompanied. I hope you are right and people are watching, and not bailing out just because there isn't any choreo. She's definitely going a bit maybe too conservative but she wants to blend with Tony I suppose visually as well as sonically. I hope she does an actual jazz influenced era herself that really is a Gaga approach to jazz, from all angles.
