garnite 8 Posted December 15, 2014 Share Posted December 15, 2014 Islam is one of if not the most peaceful religions. that's not true. none of the monotheisms are peaceful at all, and islam is demonstrably the least peaceful major religion in 2014. but of course none of that is really important to this situation at this particular time as it's a live situation and it's about the victims right now. Extremists rather use religion to support their views and use religion as a shield. Lets take a look at an example of this in christianity, hmm how about the KKK or the westboro baptist church? Those two examples both use or used religion as a guard for their outrageous views and beliefs. This is exactly what these extremists do, they use islam.
