Acoustic version of "Dying Song" with the pictures of Maya Deren. One of Ville Valo's tatoos is the tatoo of Maya Deren on his chest. He said about it : "She's a surrealistic film-maker and director from 1940s. There's this picture of her from the movie "Meshes of the Afternoon" and I love the ethereal beauty of it."

I would not doubt that that is what those fans will do.

So, you think that that book can be wrong? I am just reading it to entertain. I do not take it so serious and I have to depend upon the translation, so it is what it is.

I think any book in Finnish language is difficult to translate if you're not professional and that book is published only in Finnish. I think it's done in collaboration with guys so I don't think it's wrong, just some parts might be misunderstood.

"It's a musical summary of HIM's work. First, you have the beautiful light piano intro, then the distorted guitar, the rest of the instruments come crashing in with melodic elegance, then of course Mr.Valo's vocals and brilliantly poetic lyrics- cant complain about that at all, my friends! The verses, a little droning, but great. The chorus, very different structure compared to the rest of the verses; the vocals have a whole new height and sound. Then you have the famous, well composed, interludes and guitar solos (very appealing). Then after the first solo, everything fades away to almost silence, but still grasps interest with the few sounds a Valo's vocals (which are also very low and impactful- another charactistic of a HIM song). Then soars back into another great riff, along with Valo, singing higher (some people call it whiney- to them I say, "screw you"). Once more, it fades away, but luckily not for long! Another short, yet sweet guitar solo, to reintroduce that interesting chorus. This time, the chorus ending with an element which I've found completely new to HIM, sreeching vocals (not bad at all, I must say). They always find a way to reinvent themselves without cutting free from their roots. And as the song slips away, it doesnt die. It simply, but beautifully drifts into a collective euphoria of intruments and melodies. All in all, this song was beautiful. It really is a defining song for HIM."

Is there a filming of the full show from this latest tour and which show is best to watch by the production of it as well? I will probably watch one tonight if there is a full show and do not have to keep seeking them out. It is harder to find these by youtube on my television than just here at my computer.

I plan on partying tonight for the last time this year or at least New Years
