so they should be coming out with something soon right? last one was 2013  looks like every 2 years or so they have something new   

It's possible! I was thinking about these gaps between albums too. They have small tour so I guess they found a new drummer. 

Ville Valo is suppose to publish album "Militantly Violent Libertine" as his alter ego Rambo Rimbaud this year. He's the only person in the "band".  

Idk is it all covers or there are some new songs, but he did Black Sabbath's Solitude and Tim Buckley's Song To The Siren on NYE. They're like lullabies.

@hmm I didn't watch Eurovision for years, but I remember when Lordi won.

No one expected a metal band from Finland to win, it was hilarious. I remember the outrage because of their costumes.

Fun memories.

Never heard of Apocalyptica but I was listening to UMK entries earlier today, Eurovision week only comes once a year after all

HIM frontman Ville Valo had this to say about "Wicked Game": "I went to Pasila's library and borrowed the soundtrack-vinyl of Wild At Heart and recorded it on tape. So with Linde we tried to 'learn' the song from the tape. It was kind of funny, that we learnt the song a bit wrong. We did not hear the guitar parts well enough from that 'bad quality' tape. We also heard the lyrics wrong, and when the song was later recorded to our first EP, there were a few funny mistakes in the lyrics."

Oh I remember that story but I missed the part about lyrics. 

He still sings it the wrong way on every tour.
