I won't, it's just funny because this is a Gaga fan forum. :)

And yet there are two people who voted on Madonna, in addition they try to belittle Gaga over Madonna :spin:

This thread isn't going to go well  I don't think I can really compare the two because I've been able to experience Gaga's music get released from pretty much the beginning of her career, and seen almost everything she's done - whereas I've barely seen any of Madonna's or followed her

Oh and before any of the whole "If you prefer Madonna then go to a Madonna forum" is fired at the people who voted for Madonna, please remember that everyone's allowed to prefer other artists to Gaga  Gaga being #1 on our artist lists isn't a requirement to be on the forum or be a fan or any of that stuff

Where is the belittling? It's not belittling to state that Gaga cannot play the guitar or dance as well as Madonna, it's the exact same as saying that Madonna does not have anywhere near as good as vocals as Gaga, unless you regard that as belittling too.

I disagree with the idea that "The Voice of LGBT" and "The Chameleon Chanteuse" only belongs to Gaga and not Madonna, since Gaga's whole chameleon dynamic is obviously inspired by Madonna and Madonna had a monstrously large impact on the LGBT community (and their opposers) during and especially after 1989 when topics like gay s-x and HIV were pretty much undiscussable in the popular sphere.

In many ways, you could say that Gaga took Madonna's accomplishments to a different and quite unique interpretation. I'd rather like to see a reference to Gaga's multi-genre vocal talent, sensitivity for fashion and her relationship with the fans.

Plus, Madonna's dancing supremacy should be acknowledged.
