She needs to make her next era long. aaronyoji 2,054 Posted December 8, 2014 Share Posted December 8, 2014 But on the other hand, you could argue that they're outtakes for a reason. not at all, what we got was a watered down version of ARTPOP, u can clearly tell from songs like partynauseous and ratchet that she wrote very different types of music in 2012 than in late 2013 after he injury. it could be just as good, if not better. aura for instance, the demo version, was written during that time when her creativity was running wild, back in 2012. also the op is forgetting, gaga isnt christina, she has batter songs and is a great evolving songwriter, christina's music in the past like 6 years has been terrible, and nauseauting as she collabs with the mcdonalds of music artists to gain relevancy. thats what she relies on and thats why shes faced with the issues she does, not to mention she cant sing the way she use to anymore because she wore out her voice in her twenties. A blackout implies no media presence at all, totally gone from the scene. Which has only been the case after the BTWB and after Do What U Want. A break or a gap isn't the same as a blackout. And let's not be dramatic about the gap between albums. It takes time to create something good. I know!!! wow keep replying in britney gifs, i can tell youre so mature.... also, if you guys want gaga to live year to year releasing sub par music with a slew of sub par artists just to remain on the cusp of pop culture every year like katy and britney, by all means be that delusional, but gaga works for her success and i much prefer she dont cave to that type of tactic. artists like katy and britney NEED to constantly be releasing stuff because they cant sustain careers besides their looks and catchy yet disposable hits. But, I do have to say, I kind of do miss the times people were actually talking about "that new s-xy gaga clip"/"that weird performance"/"gaga owns the gay clubs". Me personally i'm really getting into urban/hip hop/r&b music. If Gaga made moombahton songs, electro club music, i'd really like it.
