GagaIsMydonna 0
Very wierd because when it was released everyone said there is NOT any filler songs. I guess everyone thinks like this now because the fame style music is not the hottest thing right now
VforVendetta 2,024
I don't think it's a bad album. Actually, it's a great album. I just think that all her other work is even better! This. The album is a good Pop album but Gaga has progressed since then. The singles and a few other songs are top of the class Pop songs but there are countless fillers/bad songs on the album as well. Gaga makes more cohessive albums now imo.
GagaSkeletonWay 2,080
I know more people who can name at least a few songs from the fame nevermind trying to get anybody in the general public to name a single song from ARTPOP.. That has nothing to do with quality
eunino 1,502
Not in my opinion though. ARTPOP is my least favorite.

XoXoJoanneGaga 629
It's not. The Fame is a landmark pop album and in the real world it's grouped alongside TFM as her peak. ARTPOP is her consensus worst record/era, don't let a few twitter/GGD stans fool you
Dayum 240
Most people on this forum don't like simplistic music. Anything the public can access to is not complicated enough, not deep enough. They think the more the better - more melodic twist = better; more obscure wording in lyrics = better; more foreign language = better … and the list goes on. The truth is, less is more. TF has a set of really enjoyable music. So does TFM. When they debut, they come with a refreshing vibe. And that's what missing for BTW and AP. Even in her fashion. They're just overkill. It's either one extreme or another: Crazy - Normal; Too much clothes - Too little clothes … etc. People claim BTW is meaningful and revolutionary, but I don't see it. It just lightly touches the surface of accepting oneself. I can't find a strong argument, or a point that is really thought provoking. But please do not dig up something that is not there to be found. That does not make the song any deeper. AP is by far the most disappointing. It is the least interesting. She tries to give more variation, but to no avail in exciting the listener. One may argue it is as shallow as TF.
DMTT 160
The good of BTW > TFM >> TF >>> the bad of BTW = the horrible AP
2NE1LG 193
I think the album is pretty great. It really cemented her spot in pop music, and gave the world an idea with what kind of force they were dealing with. I just haven't listened to more than two songs from it in AGES
BornSimon 4,818
Because it is. It's far less Gaga than you would expect from Gaga. I like it but it's nothing compared to The Fame Monster, Born This Way and ARTPOP. It's more childish (which is only normal as she was way younger when she wrote it), more basic, more predictable, and far too long. To me, it's Born This Way ARTPOP/The Fame Monster The Fame
Guest
It's not that it's not a seriously amazing album, it's just that every album she put out after it was gotten better and better. So, I mean technically it is the "worst" Gaga album, but that doesn't mean it isn't one of the best albums of the last decade. It was the best album of 2008/2009 (until The Fame Monster slayed everyone ). A bad album doesn't sell 10 million copies!
MonsterofFame 1,785
Umm.. where was it ever generally agreed on that TF was her worst album? I'm pretty sure you'll hear more people say that about BTW or ARTPOP. Everyone, both GP and Monsters, seem to love TF. The only negative thing people seem to say about it is that the depth of it is pretty shallow, but that's what we love about it.
Michael 533
I don't really look at any of Gaga's albums as being "her worst", because I love them all so much for different reasons and in their own ways.
DriverMonster 10
ARTPOP is my least favorite too. I think people say it about The Fame because she's grown and gotten better since then. Plus, she didn't have a lot of creative control over her first album. I think ARTPOP is my least favorite actually..
GagaDragon 10
It probably has the best collection of singles out of all her albums...it's way better than ARTPOP anyway, comparing the two is an insult to TF.
