The only thing I hated was that she broke her hip.

People "hate" it because Gaga couldn't replicate TFM's success

I don't think Gaga tried to to begin with

Well everyone bashed it on GGD when ARTPOP was coming up. Supposedly BTW had destroyed everything and ARTPOP was going to be the return to form. Now that ARTPOP has happened you don't see folks hating Born This Way so much.

That album is so much loved here and rightly !
It's just the management, music video around this era that wasn't criticized (retrospectively not so bad when you think of ARTPOPย  :derpga: )ย

BTW was the most hated album and era of her career. That hate towards ARTPOP is left-over hate from BTW not for the music itself.

Y'all defiantly weren't here during the BTW Era then. There was so much hate for it. Everyone wanted Gaga to be more mainstream so people would like her. They said the single choices were floppy, and stated that everything about the era was a mess.

I remember saying back in 2012 that we would look back at BTW and forget why this site even hated it, and I'm defiantly right.

Btw is my favorite Gaga album. I loved it from the first listen. Everything was executed perfectly. There's nothing wrong with it at all.

People "hated" it because Gaga couldn't replicate TFM's success, but monsters, after months of blackout, and bashing, understood that BTW is a great album, with quality, and a self-empowering message, which saved some of their lifes

THIS. Fixed though!

I don't see so much hate towards BTW now, and the little the is for merely personal opinions on the music.ย

Aint nobody got time to hate on BTW in 2014. Its ARTPOP's turn :food:

Then during the Monster 4 Life era everyone will trash the album and praise ARTPOP :food:

I was never a hater of the "Born This Way" Era because the album contains my favorite lyrics in "Marry the Night," "Judas," "Yoรƒฦ’ยผ and I," and "The Edge of Glory." There were also several epic performances and the album was diverse. LOVED IT.ย
