Technically yet but I always see it as the first real lead single  Yung Rapunxel was meant to be the actual lead single but it really didn't lead to anything as Interscope ****ed up in terms of releasing BWET.  In my eyes Heavy Metal and Reflective served as a hype/promo single  Chasing Time was the real lead single that received the attention and care that it deserved and tied in perfectly with the album release.
