You want 50 homeless people to hang around your house or apartment each day? Not me, so I support the new law. The homeless people can go to his church for food which is legal so no need for him to attract homeless people to other people's properties. You make is sound like they are a flock of birds how about some empathy?! I couldn't care less if homeless people are outside my building if that meant they got food for the day by a friendly citizen. I'm not even going to mention the uninformed generalizations you're making. Try being empathetic and being part of the solution! They may hang around your apartments for hours and maybe wait at the street corner to beg for money, not to mention the stench they smell when they walk by you. They can go to the church for food so there's no need to set up a lunch table in front of my house.
